Rainbowl Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Rainbowl, we want to ensure you enjoy your fresh, delicious salads. Here's our cancellation and refund policy to help you with any issues:
Delivery Time:
- Deliveries are scheduled to go out at 7:30 AM.
Cancellation Policy:

Full Refund: Salads canceled before 48 hours of the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund.

50% Refund: Salads canceled between 48 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled delivery will receive a 50% refund.

Conditional Refund: Salads canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery will receive a refund subject to another customer placing an order for that bowl. This is to avoid food wastage.
Refund Policy:

Missing or Incorrect Items: Did we forget something or send the wrong salad? Contact us immediately! We'll get the missing item(s) or the correct salad to you as soon as possible, free of charge.

Damaged Delivery: If your salad arrives damaged during delivery, let us know right away. We'll issue a full refund for your order.
What we can't refund:

Late Cancellations: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders canceled after 10 PM the night before delivery.

Taste Preferences: We also cannot offer refunds for simply not liking the taste of a salad.
