How does the subscription work?
- Choose a Trial (3 bowls), Weekly (6 bowls), or Monthly (26 bowls) plan.
- Pay once, and your bowls are delivered fresh daily during your plan.
- Monthly subscribers can also choose alternate-day or deliveries on specific days of the week — as long as all bowls are used within 2 months. Reach out to us to customize your delivery schedule.
When will my bowls be delivered?
All bowls are delivered fresh every morning between 7–9 AM. That way, you have them ready before your day begins.
Can I pause, skip, or cancel my plan?
Yes — we keep it simple:
- Just let us know by 12 noon the day before, and you can pause, skip, or cancel — no questions asked.
- You can pause your plan for up to 3 months.
What if I miss the 12 noon cut-off?
- After 12 noon, we’ve already sourced and soaked ingredients like lentils and hard grains for your bowl. So a refund is not possible.
- However, on request, we may be able to deliver it to a friend or colleague within our delivery radius.

How do you keep the bowls sustainable?
- We source seasonal, local produce.
- We design bowls to be gut-friendly and waste-minimized.
- Packaging is recyclable and portioned for minimal plastic use.
How are payments handled?
- All subscriptions are prepaid online.
- GST (5%) is added at checkout.
- Secure payments through our site — no COD.
What if I have dietary preferences or allergies?
We’re happy to accommodate your preferences — just add a note to your order or message us on WhatsApp, and we’ll take care of it.
Here are some quick notes:
- Garlic: All our dressings use garlic. The flavor is easy to miss, but critical to our recipes, so it cannot be removed.
- Dairy: Only one bowl — the Green Goddess — includes dairy (Greek yoghurt). All others are dairy-free.
- Nuts: Our bowls are nut-free, except for peanuts (we can skip it in your bowls). Even our pesto is nut-free!
Do you deliver lunch or dinner bowls?
Right now, Rainbowl is delivered fresh every morning between 7–9 AM. Many of our customers refrigerate their bowls and enjoy them later for lunch or dinner.
